All programs are created to advance one of the FBLA-PBL goals. Programs are a great way to meet people and all RHFBLA members are eligible to participate in as many programs as they would like to. Community Service
Purpose: Development projects that contribute to the improvement of home, business, and community.

Go Green Initiative
Purpose: To encourage the use of and raise awareness of eco-friendly habits that have a positive impact on the planet. This program has both a service and an educational component that will promote environmental awareness.

Government Awareness Program
Purpose: To raise support for FBLA and Perkins Funding by maintaining communication with elected officials to promote the mission and the benefits of FBLA.

Job Shadowing
Purpose: To provide members with the opportunity to explore a specific career of interest by observing an employee perform their work duties at their place of employment. The experience will provide realistic career information that will aid the member in making career choices.
