I’m not interested in business. Can I still join?
Yes, of course! FBLA offers many opportunities outside of pure business – our competitions span from business to programming and software development to hospitality, marketing and much more. We offer workshops, projects and programs that provide our members with opportunities to learn skills that will give them the competitive edge in the college and the workforce, no matter what career they decide to pursue.
What kind of activities do you do in FBLA besides competing?
Besides competitions, we have exciting projects, programs, special events and workshops, in addition to fun conferences. Besides just being in an organization where you can gain experience and learn new skills, FBLA is an opportunity to meet new people and network with the over 3,000 FBLA members in the State and a quarter million in the Nation, establishing life-long friendships. How do I get involved?
A lot of new members ask this question. Here are a few ways to get involved:
- Come to FBLA meetings and workshops.
- Attend the Executive Committee meetings during Advisory the 2nd and 4th weeks of the Month.

- Attend community service events that benefit the community (for more information visit the programs page).
- Attend socials to network with other members from FBLA and gain meaningful connections.
