Maryland FBLA State Leadership Conference (SLC)

The State Leadership Conference is held at the Holiday Inn in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The conference allows you to network with FBLA members from all across Maryland, elect state officers, refine your leadership skills through career development training and workshops, and participate in competitions to receive awards, scholarships and hopefully qualify to compete at the National Leadership Conference!

National Leadership Conference (NLC)

June 29, 2012 – July 2, 2012: San Antonio, TX

  • Open to all members that qualify
  • Interest Meeting: TBA

FBLA-PBL members have the competitive edge, as the best and brightest of FBLA and PBL convene to compete in leadership events, share their successes, and learn new ideas about shaping their career future through workshops and exhibits. This four-day conference is considered the pinnacle of the FBLA-PBL experience, especially for those running for national office. FBLA-PBL has forged partnerships with industry leaders to underwrite competitive events and scholarships for students achieving national ranking.

State Fall Leadership Conference (SFLC)

Students and advisers participate in numerous workshops led by experienced presenters while participating in an energetic team-building environment. Most importantly, the SFLC gives members the ability to network with hundreds of motivated FBLA members from across the state of Maryland.

Maryland FBLA Region 9 Leadership Conference (RLC)

February 11, 2012: Howard County, MD

This year, River Hill has the great honor of hosting Maryland FBLA’s Regional Leadership Conference (RLC). The RLC consists of workshops, speakers, activities, fun, and all of Howard County FBLA are invited. Things to look forward to at the RLC include free giveaways, exciting guest speakers, innovative workshops, a social activity, delicious food and awards. The conference is a great way to experience FBLA and to network with a multitude of students and business leaders from the community.
